Up, Up, and Away!

Construction is advancing at 1724 Kalorama Rd NW, the future site of Sitar Next Door. All work below-ground is finished, and the concrete slab is poured. With this floor in, it's easy to imagine Sitar students in every corner learning and creating music, art, theater, films, and more!  

On the upper floors, the structural steel framing is now complete, and the construction team is beginning to add wood framing. Up next is the dry-in, or work on the building shell to weatherproof the inside.
